By participating in the 2024 Armoury Wish Tree raffle, all participants agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Children’s Treatment Centre (CTC) Foundation of Chatham-Kent whichare final and binding in all matters related to the event.

• Participants must be 18 years or older to participate and must be present in Ontario to purchase the ticket(s).

• Total of 20,000 tickets printed.
• There will be 4 ballot boxes (one for each tree), and participants will distribute their tickets in the ballot boxes of their choosing

• Draw to be held on or after 8 p.m. at The Chatham Armoury in Chatham, on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

• Participants do not need to be present at the draw to be eligible to win. Winner will be announced at the event and contacted following the event.

• Winner will be required to pick up the prize at the Chatham Armoury.

• The Names of the winners will be published on the Chatham Armoury and CTC Foundation’s social media pages. A photo may be taken to publish with media release.

• Armoury LoveWish Tree tickets and winnings are not transferable.

• Armoury LoveWish Tree winners (by accepting a prize) release the Four Diamond Events Staff and CTC and

Foundation staff, board and volunteers from all liability with respect to possession or use of the prize awarded and waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the raffle.
